The Riverside Real Estate Company specializes in assisting lenders to assess, manage and dispose of commercial real estate. In the midst of the deepest and longest recession since World War II and worst financial crisis since the Great Depression, the commercial real estate market is facing an ever growing number of foreclosures and little experience in turning around problem properties.
The number of distressed properties in various stages of completion or disrepair and the pressures from regulators are creating situations where the lenders have little experience.
